This fun, FREE 5 week fitness and nutrition challenge will have you “Run to 21” with intentions set for success!
No Actual Running Required. 🙂
HOW TO PLAY:
- Sign-Up to join the Challenge by clicking the sign-up button below.
- Join the Group if you’re on Facebook request to join the Private challenge group page.
- Take 4 or more SSoD Classes a week Each class must be 30 minutes or longer to count towards your completed classes. One must be a Sculpt and one must be a Mind & Body.
- Nutrition challenge of the Week (N.O.W.’s) These will be announced by email weekly and also posted to our Facebook challenge group page.
- Comment or Post. After each class, do one of the below:
- If you have Social Media– Tag @studiosweat on IG or @studiosweatondemand on Facebook and use #StudioSWEATFit to post a pic of you and/or the class to your Personal Facebook or Instagram.
- If you do NOT have Social Media– Comment on the class with #SSoDrunto21
