Merry Maintenance: Tackle the Trainer Challenge


Maintain your SWEATy habits with your KOMrades by Tackling the Trainer and the HOW’s of the Week in our fun, 4-Week holiday challenge!



  • Sign-Up to join the Challenge by clicking the sign-up button below
  • Join the Group. If you’re on Facebook request to join the Private group for the challenge (you’ll see the name after you sign-up)
  • Learn the Trainer of the Week. Each Sunday we will post your Trainer of the Week in the Facebook Private group (if you’re not on Facebook you can email to find out which trainer it is)
  • Take 3 or more *SSoD Online Classes from the Trainer of the Week before the week is up. Each class must be 25 minutes or longer to count towards your completed classes. Week 1 (of 4) begins Nov 30th!
  • Comment or Post. After each class do one of the below:
    • Post a pic of you and/or the class with that hashtag to your Personal FB or Instagram with the #StudioSWEATFit
    • Comment on the class with #SSoDTackled<insert trainer name> (example #SSoDTackledBethany)
  • HOW’s. Hundred of the Week: Mini fitness challenges posted Sunday before the week starts!

Private Facebook Group and raffle for prizes for those that successfully complete the challenge including a Virtual Coaching Session!
