- Sign-Up to join the Challenge by clicking the sign-up button below
- Join the Group. If you’re on Facebook request to join the Private group for the challenge (you’ll see the name after you sign-up)
- Learn the Trainer of the Week. Each Sunday we will post your Trainer of the Week in the Facebook Private group (if you’re not on Facebook you can email email@example.com to find out which trainer it is)
- Take 3 or more *SSoD Online Classes from the Trainer of the Week before the week is up. Each class must be 25 minutes or longer to count towards your completed classes. Week 1 (of 4) begins Nov 30th!
- Comment or Post. After each class do one of the below:
- Post a pic of you and/or the class with that hashtag to your Personal FB or Instagram with the #StudioSWEATFit
- Comment on the class with #SSoDTackled<insert trainer name> (example #SSoDTackledBethany)
- HOW’s. Hundred of the Week: Mini fitness challenges posted Sunday before the week starts!
Private Facebook Group and raffle for prizes for those that successfully complete the challenge including a Virtual Coaching Session!
