YOUR FAVORITE CHALLENGE IS BACK!
Here’s how you compete in the challenge
- You must complete 25 SSoD Workouts from October 18h – November 21st
- Classes Must Be 25 Min or Longer (you may combine two shorter classes to equal one 25 min or linger SWEAT session)
- Comment or Post. After each class, do one of the below:
- If you have Social Media– Tag @studiosweat on IG or @studiosweatondemand on Facebook and use #StudioSWEATFit to post a pic of you and/or the class to your Personal Facebook or Instagram.
- If you do NOT have Social Media– Comment on the class with #SSoDDriveto25
- Private Facebook group for all challenge participants!
R.D. Miriam’s Top 25 Nutritious Foods Challenge
Part of this challenge is to check off Miriam’s Top 25 Nutritious Foods! The Goal: To try a variety of healthy food options within your diet.
- Here is the link to a full list of her top 25 and more (please save)
- You must eat 25 different foods with the challenge dates
- You can have multiple foods in one day/meal
- You only need one serving of each 25 food items for you to check it off
- You can either:
- Use the list of Miriams top 25
- Create your own list of 25 with the healthy food options given
- If there are any special medical reasons one can’t eat a particular food, please don’t include them in your 25.
- Be entered in a raffle to win cool prizes, including a Virtual Training Chat or a Private Zoom class of your choice for you and one friend with your challenge leader AJ! And… For every 3 classes over the 25 you take you will get your name entered an extra time. Oh, yes I did!
- Be super-fit heading into the Holiday Season!
