You do not need to know Spanish to take this amazing, fun, dynamic workout. I mean it’s dance, all you do is following the visual queues for the most part anyhow. And… most of the tracks are actually American, but with a Latin vibe. And… Vanessa can’t help, but speak in English often.
Original Description Translation:
Welcome to Dance Cardio Spanish style! In this class, you’ll learn small combinations that you’ll repeat and progress during each song. Let the music motivate you and let’s get this party started!
Dance Cardio with Vanessa is one of the best online Dance Workouts I’ve ever taken. She is so fun as she uses the music and repetition in steps with visual cues rather than constant verbal cues, so that you can enjoy the music as you move, rather than an instructor’s non-stop counting. Watch to see. It’s so much fun that you’ll hardly realize you’re working out. Let’s dance.
This is a really fun online workout designed for teens. I mean, adults can do it too, but good luck keeping up. There’s a warm-up, 3 super-set circuits, and a well-deserved cool-down and stretch. With head boppin’ jams, participants are encouraged to focus on form and go at their own pace, while also getting out of their comfort zones. Click play to play!
This is about the cutest dang thing you’re ever gonna see, and the most fun you and your kids might ever have working out together. It’s an online Family Dance Cardio Workout filmed at our local YMCA, where kids (ages 3 through 12), older siblings, and parents can come together to participate in the dancing and games to break a sweat!
You’ll love that it isn’t scripted… it’s real, including the occasional on-scene “I have to go potty” and “Will you tie my shoe daddy?” moments – the same things that will happen to you wherever you are, so you’ll love that about it. You won’t need much space or any special equipment… just a big smile, a willingness to let loose, and good energy. Let’s dance!
