Rap Ride 2, Solo Style is the sequel to the popular original Rap Ride cycling workout with Cat Kom. This 60-minute all Rap Music Spin session is an out and back format, where you’ll tackle 2 sweat-soaked segments, catch your breath, then tackle the same 2 segments again, but backward and to different tracks. Let’s crush it.
