    REBESSICA: Partner Up Spin Sculpt!

    2 Trainers. 1 Bike. Tons of fun!

    Check out this Partner Spin Class you can do by yourself or with a buddy. All you need is one bike and a “let’s do this!” attitude. Single riders will just follow Jessica all the way through. Your partner will be Rebecca on screen! If you have a buddy, one of you will follow Jessica, the other will follow Rebecca. How fun right! Burn it up on the bike and carve it up on the floor. Next to your sweaty partner… you’ll be giving high fives all the way!

    60 Min Tabata Bootcamp

    What’s better than a one-trainer Tabata workout? You guessed it – two trainers driving you through a full 60-minute Tabata bootcamp workout! This class is packed with action as Olga and Jessica partner up to get your heart pumping, sweat dripping, and every major muscle group feeling the burn. This class consists of 5 blocks of work, 8 min each (remember, a true Tabata is 4 minutes, so each block is 2 Tabatas!), alternating between strength and cardio blocks. Double trouble, double fun, double Tabata – go get it done!

    15 Min Kid’s Boxing Drills

    This is a short, but sweet, kid’s boxing workout video that boys and girls of any age will love doing. The youth cardio boxing workout includes a few short heart-pumping drills like shadow boxing, jumping, and even a partner-punch drill where the kids take turns throwing light jabs into their partner’s hands. No partner, no problem, just punch a bag or the air! Hands up, let’s do this!

    30 Minute Bootcamp January 15, 2017

    This is a heck of a fun 30 minute Boot Camp workout! By fun I mean the heart pumping, mind challenging, sweat-inducing, body changing, calorie destroying, muscle toning, and completely rewarding kind of fun!

    The format is simple, yet effective, with a couple of 3-minute progression sets where the moves get more challenging every 45 seconds, partnered with an 8 minute superset of strength and plyometric moves (low impact options available).

    Let’s break those muscles down to build them back stronger. It’s GO TIME BABY!
