An exceptionally planned Treadmill and Weight Lifting Workout designed by your one and only SSoD Chief Ambassador Andrew Richie, and guided by the amazing SSoD Trainer, Jessica! Wanna ride versus run? We got you – thereโ€™s an option for that too. Either way, expect a super fun flow with 2 progressive all out bouts of cardio, running or riding. In between the cardio bouts are 2 full body toning strength sets. Itโ€™s you vs. you on this one, so come with your A game and make yourself proud!

CYCLISTS: You’ll see the term RPE on the video. That means Rate of Perceived Exertion – How hard you should be working. The scale is 1-10, 1 means you could do it all day, and 10 means you could only possibly do it from a very short burst (like 10 to 30 seconds). So pay attention to how you feel or watch your heart rate reading if wearing a device.

I did it on the bike. a little hard for me to follow at first I’m use to verbal cues haha. but found my groove and it was a killer workout! love the sculpt

Second time doing this and SUCH a fan. So effective. Did it in a hotel gym. So perfect.

I did this on my bike. Two great endurance rides! The strength sets in between kept my heart rate upโ€ฆ.especially the โ€œman- makersโ€!!

Did this at 22 weeks pregnant! Had to modify a bit with incline, lower speed and hard weights (no running for me right now) but still was an awesome workout!

Awesome class. I ran the first half and bike the second half. On the all-out portion’s I modified to 1 min all out, 1 min jog/walk. Great glass. I loved how Jessica really got pumped up as the class went on too. It is a tough one. The graphics were good…but I wished they were up on the screen longer. By the time I started to look at the graphics they were gone.

I don’t have a treadmill and needed to take a break from the bike today, so I switched it up and used my elliptical for the cardio portion. The workout can be perfectly adapted to the elliptical and was an intense workout! I love these workouts that offer options. Jessica really kept me motivated when I was running out of steam! loved this.
