30 Minute Spin: MAXIMUM BURN – High Intensity Interval Training

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is the name of the game in this 30 minute power class.  The purpose of this style training is two-fold – improve your fitness level; maximize burn.  This workout is gonna challenge your legs and it’s gonna challenge your lungs.  Challenge equals change.  Remember that when it gets tough, and it will, but you can do it.

And yes, you can expect maximum burn not only during the workout, but after it as well with EPOC (excess post-exercise oxygen consumption) majorly in effect.  Nice.  YOU GOT THIS.
